Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Electronics Technician to support R&D efforts by executing electrical and electronic testing in laboratory environments, setting up and maintaining test equipment, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems. This role collaborates closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to support product development, design verification, and regulatory compliance, executing tests according to written protocols and accurately documenting results. The technician will perform testing on PCBs, circuit boards, and sub-assemblies, progressing to full system-level testing as experience grows, while providing clear feedback to engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of test methods, lab setups, and overall lab operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Electrical or Electronics Technician.
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, including function generators and power analyzers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose electronic system issues.
Ability to follow detailed test protocols and document results accurately.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with LabVIEW or similar data acquisition and test automation tools.
