Job Description
RSM is seeking a Business Analyst to support an Agile delivery team focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Write detailed user stories and own them through the full lifecycle
Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions
Support Agile delivery processes, operating within 2-week sprint cycles
Track and manage work items using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders and delivery teams
Identify, communicate, and help resolve blockers proactively
Present updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
Strong experience writing and managing user stories
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365
Azure DevOps (ADO)
Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience with stakeholder management and communication
Strong presentation skills
Ability to take ownership and drive work forward independently
Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
