Job Description

Phoenix Children’s Hospital is seeking a highly detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support supply chain and inventory operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This individual will play a key role in managing inventory levels, analyzing reports, and ensuring critical supplies are available to support patient care.
This is an operational and analytical role with a strong emphasis on Excel, reporting, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to pass a 60 WPM typing test
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUPs / XLOOKUPs
• Experience working with inventory, supply chain, or warehouse data
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions and dig deeper

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in healthcare supply chain or working with vendors like Medline, Cardinal, or McKesson
• Experience with Workday and/or Lawson ERP systems
• Understanding of inventory accounting or cost center tracking
• Warehouse or inventory management background
• Bilingual (Spanish) – strongly preferred
• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory environments
