Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a HVAC Sales Representative for a permanent, full‑time position based in Kelowna, BC with one of our Renewable Energy and Building Services clients. This role focuses on outside residential HVAC sales within the Okanagan market, supporting the company’s growth and expansion. This salesperson will manage the full sales cycle for new construction custom homes and multi‑family projects, including pipeline generation, proposal review and presentation, and ongoing relationship management with local builders. Working hours are flexible within business hours (7:00am–5:00pm), averaging 8-9 hours per day, on-site.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in sales and/or project management (HVAC or construction preferred)
- Technical knowledge of residential HVAC/mechanical systems
- Comfortable reviewing and presenting proposals and estimates
- Ability to manage and coordinate with an internal estimating team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly independent, self‑driven, strong communication and time management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with selling and supporting a service team
- Strong understanding of the residential construction and build process
- Existing network within the Okanagan builder community
- Familiarity with architectural HVAC plans and custom home projects
