Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to join one of the Big 5 Banks on a 6 month contract to support the adoption phase of ServiceNow modules. This role will be responsible for driving adoption of the platform, partnering with key stakeholders to understand requirements, identifying blockers, and ensuring the solution continues to evolve to meet enterprise security and operational needs.
The Product Owner will provide clear ownership of the ServiceNow patching and vulnerability modules, working closely with technical development teams, security stakeholders, and business partners to translate requirements into actionable delivery outcomes.
•Own and manage the ServiceNow Patching and Vulnerability Management modules, with accountability for adoption and delivery outcomes
•Drive adoption of the platform by partnering with stakeholders to understand: required capabilities, features that support day to day operations, barriers or limitations impacting usage
•Capture and document functional and technical requirements from security, patching, and business stakeholders
•Translate requirements into clear, actionable items to support development and delivery progress
•Work closely with technical teams to:
-Ensure development is progressing as expected
-Address risks, dependencies, and blockers
•Provide regular status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders
•Demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, aligning priorities based on urgency and business impact
•Support collaboration across large, enterprise-scale teams to move the initiative forward

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM
Experience with patching and vulnerability management
Strong communication skills, including: written documentation, stakeholder engagement, cross-team collaboration
Ability to prioritize work based on urgency, risk, and business needs
Experience supporting large enterprise initiatives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with security platforms such as Qualys, CrowdStrike
Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management and Patching Modules
