Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Support. This role is essential in supporting clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with the company’s platform. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on both the platform and the rules and guidelines that govern it, acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams.
This is a highly client-facing role that combines customer success, account management, and operational oversight, with a strong focus on problem-solving, relationship building, and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience across all interactions
- Act as a subject matter expert on the platform, including compliance guidelines, workflows, and processes
- Support clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-platform messaging
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, guiding users through solutions in real time
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, providing consistent and professional support
- Oversee and manage client programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with brand or platform requirements
- Handle escalated client issues, providing thoughtful resolutions and clear explanations when needed
- Partner with internal teams to support campaign execution and ensure client goals are met
- Maintain detailed records and documentation while operating in a structured, high-volume environment

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ Years of Customer Success Support and Client Facing Roles.
- Strong Verbal and Oral Skilss
- Bachelor Degree in n Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to solve problems and challenge in real time.
- Confident!

- IG COMM
- SaaS Business or Marketing Agency (not creative work so need to look out for that) or Hotel, hospitality business is also good- no call centre experience!
