Job Description

A client in the greater Miami FL area is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time opportunity. This position would be an onsite role 5 days a week. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and support daily front-office operations, including answering and routing calls/texts/emails, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and patient flow coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Patient check-in and check-out
Answering phones/texts/emails and scheduling appointments
Insurance verification and eligibility checks
Collecting co-pays and patient balances
Managing front-desk workflow and patient flow
Coordinating closely with clinical and administrative staff
Assisting with front-office coverage as needed

Insurance verification experience (required)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional phone etiquette
Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience with Athena - EMR Software
