What You’ll Do
• Prospect and engage new customers through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Support and grow existing accounts by building strong customer relationships
• Learn and execute the full sales cycle: quoting, negotiation, and order management
• Partner with the purchasing/sourcing team to locate components and fulfill customer needs
• Gain an understanding of market trends (pricing, shortages, lead times) and communicate insights to customers
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-5 years of sales or professional experience (internships count)
• Experience in the microprocessor or microchip world
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and be coached
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance-based compensation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Basic proficiency with business tools (Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience selling to contract manufacturers (automotive experience is a plus
• Exposure to global supply chains or international purchasing teams
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
