Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who will manage daily communication and operational flow with supply partners, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and accurate data within the ERP system. This individual will monitor inventory levels, support order management, troubleshoot supply disruptions, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain continuity across production schedules. Additional responsibilities include updating ERP records, coordinating with logistics, escalating supplier issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or 5+ years of experience within a related field.
• Must be highly solution‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with supply partners in a day‑to‑day operational capacity.
• ERP system experience required (QAD preferred; SAP acceptable).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred:
• Prior experience in supplier management or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
