Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire multiple Operations Supervisors to join one of our large manufacturing clients at their Austin, MN facility. In this role, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, leading team members by managing and executing plant processes and attaining production and quality goals. This is a permanent position, with strong opportunity to grow within the plant or corporate side of the business gaining strong leadership experience. These positions are available at 2nd or 3rd shift times, and the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $82,500.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1+ year of experience within a leadership role as a shift lead, supervisor, or manager OR Associates degree in related field
- Strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate within a team setting
- Ability to work in colder or warmer environments
- Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working within a manufacturing setting
- Associates Degree
