Job Description

The Content Security Program Manager is responsible for driving alignment between strategy, execution, and reporting across the Content Security organization. This role operates in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment and partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure Content Security initiatives are delivered with consistency, transparency, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, executive‑level communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical work into clear metrics and narratives for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities (Day‑to‑Day)
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Business Advisory, Site Security, Application Security, and Cloud Security to plan and deliver Content Security services.
• Lead and manage cross‑functional technical assessments and security initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Strategy to establish and maintain a standardized Content Security program framework, including deliverables, project intake, communications, and execution processes.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level dashboards and reporting to track key Content Security initiatives, metrics, and outcomes.
• Define and implement project management requirements across varying levels of project complexity, with a strong focus on metrics and measurable outcomes.
• Train managers and individual contributors on Content Security project and reporting standards; ensure consistent and meaningful metrics are provided for review by the VP of Content Security and the CTO.
• Facilitate alignment and drive consensus across teams to resolve project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Create repeatable qualitative and quantitative processes to clearly communicate the value, impact, and progress of Content Security initiatives.
• Perform technical reviews of Content Security controls across applications, data centers, engineering, and assessment activities.
• Assess departmental needs and research tools and technologies (including AI/ML solutions) to enhance Content Security program effectiveness.
Plan and coordinate the annual Content Security Summit, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and overall attendee experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project/program management in an enterprise IT environment, specifically supporting IT projects (ideally from enterprise companies with a creative capacity such as Pinterest or from media/entertainment)
• High attention to detail and natural instinct to be proactive and take initiative to problem solve
• Proficiency with ai tools such as Cursor and Claude - if not using for work directly at least using in personal life with a reflex and basic-intermediate ai proficiency
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in security or studio content security
• Experience developing executive dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience supporting entertainment, tech, studios, creative fields in a security capacity
PMP or other certifications
