Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an LLM Scrum Master / Project Manager for a top financial services client within an Equities Technology portfolio. This individual will serve as the Scrum Master and delivery lead supporting the LLM application and its prioritized roadmap across Research, Sales, and Trading. This role is focused on agile delivery, sprint execution, stakeholder coordination, and removing blockers for a cross-functional team building governed LLM workflows and productivity features. Key workstreams include research workflow productivity enhancements, supervisory review, and restricted-list controls, chatbot and summarization enhancements, event and earnings workflow acceleration, and coordination of data-feed and integration dependencies. The ideal candidate brings strong Scrum Master / project delivery experience, thrives in high-visibility environments, and partners effectively with business sponsors, product, engineering, UX, compliance, and front-office users. This is a delivery-focused role supporting the company's LLM platform, not a CRM support position.
Day-to-Day
-Serve as the Scrum Master for the LLM team, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
-Partner with program leadership, product and business analysts, developers, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to define sprint priorities, sequencing, and delivery plans.
-Track stories, blockers, dependencies, risks, milestones, and action items across multiple parallel LLM workstreams.
-Drive execution for prioritized initiatives such as research workflow productivity enhancements, supervisory review workflows, restricted-list controls, chatbot improvements, and event / earnings workflow acceleration.
-Maintain Jira, Confluence, and related delivery artifacts so the backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, dashboards, and status updates remain accurate and actionable.
-Remove impediments and escalate issues quickly to keep the team on track for sprint goals and release commitments.
-Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and post-release follow-up with business users across Research, Sales, Trading, Compliance, and Technology.
-Facilitate communication across technical and business teams, translating priorities, timelines, and delivery risks for different audiences.
-Support coordination for data providers, integrations, APIs, and other internal or third-party dependencies that impact LLM delivery.
-Help enforce disciplined Agile practices while balancing fast iteration with the controls, documentation, and auditability expected in a regulated environment.
