Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineering SME to partner with the Office of Chief Engineers to ensure the cybersecurity technical baseline is complete, verified, and validated across the various program IPTs. This person needs to be fully onsite in Roy, Utah and eligible to obtain a SAP clearance. This role collaborates across stakeholders to guide cybersecurity efforts for complex airborne and ground systems, while communicating status, risks, and compliance to leadership and customers. Responsibilities include driving requirement decomposition and analysis, supporting milestone planning, overseeing TPMs, interfaces, and verification activities, and providing technical oversight of architecture, testing, and engineering artifacts. The role also leads reviews, ensures requirement traceability through sell-off, and influences stakeholders with strong technical leadership and executive presence.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other technical/science discipline with 16 years of relevant experience; Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other technical/science discipline with 14 years of relevant experience; PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other technical/science discipline with 11 years of relevant experience
- Expert level knowledge of Cybersecurity Systems
- Engineering practices and Weapon System Cyber Architecture, including advanced knowledge of network technologies, custom hardware, software implementations, DoD system development life cycles and methodologies, and insight into information technology infrastructure management/monitoring and applications for very large scale development programs
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles on a large program designing, implementing, and/or operating cyber security protections for weapon systems and/or supporting mission systems and networks
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in Systems Engineering leadership roles covering all phases of the Systems Engineering lifecycle, including delivery
- Knowledge of and/or experience with Cyber Security Risk Management Construct and/or Cyber Survivability Endorsement Implementation Guide
-Working experience with Cyber Developmental Test and Evaluation and/or Operational Test and Evaluation
-Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret w/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility
- Meets criteria for DoDI 8140 advanced proficiency level
- Strong cross-divisional communication to ensure that cyber needs are met across the progream.

- Open to 10% travel
- Experience with Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile systems
- Preferred experience includes MBSE tools, DevSecOps environments, high-assurance systems, and advanced cyber accreditation processes
