Job Description

• Program Operations & Escalation Management: Serve as the primary cross-functional point of contact for Shop-in-Shop door openings and post-launch operations, managing escalations, tracking critical milestones, holding partners accountable, and driving issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Executive Reporting & Leadership Communications: Own the recurring leadership communication cadence, including biweekly VP updates, monthly program summaries, and strategic narratives that frame program health and progress for senior leadership.
• Learning Agenda & Measurement: Own and evolve the program's Learning Agenda, setting performance metrics and guardrails, partnering with data science on reporting infrastructure (dashboards, scorecards), and ensuring on-time delivery of established measurement deliverables.
• Program Governance: Manage ongoing sustaining processes for Shop-in-Shop governance, including stakeholder alignment and inclusion in cross-functional processes during content refresh planning. Drive team collaboration on revisions of playbooks & existing documentation.
• Strategic Initiatives: Scope, develop, and drive new initiatives within the Shop-in-Shop ecosystem, from strategy development through operational planning, vendor workstream management, execution, and establishing sustaining operations.
• Test & Learn: Maintain the Shop-in-Shop Test & Learn program by partnering teams managing the program roadmap and idea intake process, driving stakeholder alignment, and facilitating learning share-outs.
Roadmap & Partner Planning: Partner with Sales Account Teams on future program roadmap planning, partner capability assessments, and retail expansion strategy. Develop and refine strategic deliverables including governance proposals and process documentation to support planning decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ Years in a program manager role
- Experience within Sales Enablement
- Operations, Category Ops, or Retail Ops exp
- GTPM and NPI planning
