Job Description
This role is a product delivery–focused Business Analyst / Product Owner supporting a highly regulated insurance environment. The team is looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and comfortable working across business owners, IT, and delivery teams to get changes live.
This position sits at the intersection of product, pricing, technology, and compliance. You will help translate business needs into clear requirements, ensure regulatory considerations are embedded into everything that’s built, and partner closely with engineers to deliver real outcomes. Experience level is flexible — what matters most is profile, mindset, and ability to think critically. The pay range for 25-40hr depending on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience level is flexible — open to early career candidates (~2 years out of school) or more senior profiles if the fit is strong
• Prior internship or professional experience in insurance is preferred, not required
• Agile delivery experience strongly preferred
Key responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements in a regulated insurance environment
• Partner with business owners and IT to ask the right questions and drive changes through delivery
• Translate regulatory and compliance needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Support product delivery in an Agile environment (stories, refinement, collaboration with engineers)
• Evaluate tradeoffs using cost benefit analysis and business cases
• Leverage modern productivity and AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and problem solving
• Contribute as an individual contributor; more senior candidates may support light mentorship or leadership
