Job Description
This role is a Senior Product Manager focused on monetization within ad technology, owning internal monetization products and workflows. You’ll drive product strategy and roadmap decisions in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment, translating complex systems and monetization challenges into clear, prioritized product direction. Working closely with monetization, backend and infrastructure, data engineering, and ML/AI teams, you’ll make systems‑level decisions that connect directly to revenue impact, efficiency gains, and long‑term platform evolution. While not hands‑on technically, you’re expected to deeply understand how ad tech systems operate and how product decisions affect performance and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Ad Tech, with strong exposure to publisher‑side monetization.
Senior‑level product management experience, including ownership of complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
Deep understanding of:
- Programmatic advertising ecosystems
- CTV and streaming ad serving concepts
- Publisher monetization and yield dynamics
- Instrumentation, measurement, and performance tracking
Strong systems thinking with the ability to articulate how product decisions impact revenue, cost, and roadmap execution.
Experience working with AWS‑based systems (hybrid cloud acceptable only with strong prior AWS depth).
Comfort operating in high‑ambiguity environments and making decisions without perfect information.
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams without being hands‑on engineering.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with SSAI / SGAI (server‑side or server‑guided ad insertion).
Background working on streaming platforms, FAST channels, or large‑scale CTV environments.
Exposure to real‑time or low‑latency systems (e.g., ad decisioning or algorithmic platforms).
Conceptual understanding of ML/AI applications in ad tech (measurement, suitability, optimization).
Prior experience at AdTech or streaming companies.
Experience operating in AI‑enabled product environments.
