Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Manager for one of their top clients in the North Houston area. The Sustainability Technical Product Manager will own the technology program that makes the company's sustainability commitments measurable, credible, and commercially actionable. You will work with the sustainability leadership team to build the data infrastructure, calculation engines, and customer-facing tools that underpin emissions reporting, routing policies, and sales cycle integration. This is a technically demanding, high-visibility role at the intersection of environmental data science, freight operations, and commercial strategy. He/She will own the roadmap for the Sustainability Technology platform, covering emissions calculation, carrier-specific data, actionable routing, and sales cycle integration.

Required Skills & Experience
-8+ years in product management, with experience in data-intensive or scientifically complex domains.
-Strong quantitative background: comfortable with emissions methodologies, statistical modeling, or environmental data science.
-Experience building data pipelines, calculation engines, or reporting platforms.
-Ability to translate regulatory and methodological requirements into software specifications.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Desirable: direct experience with supply chain or freight emissions (GLEC, SmartFreight, or similar); familiarity with carbon accounting, lifecycle assessment, or ESG reporting frameworks; experience with geospatial data, routing engines, or maritime and aviation data sources.
