Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a creative and technically skilled artist to support the development of high-quality imagery for category-defining fashion, augmented reality, and AI-driven products. This individual will use a combination of AI and 3D tools to deliver polished, high-craft visuals in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be responsible for helping define and evolve the brand’s visual language through compelling imagery, while also concepting and executing creative solutions that effectively showcase products, highlight key features, and inspire customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to early-stage ideation and ensure alignment with overall creative direction.
This individual must be comfortable working through feedback quickly synthesizing input, iterating on deliverables, and continuously improving outcomes. The role also requires strong cross-functional collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams, often supporting multiple programs at once.
Success in this role requires strong ownership and organization, with the ability to self-manage projects, timelines, and deadlines while proactively communicating updates to program managers and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in product rendering, 3D animation, 3D art, or a related field
• Strong end-to-end 3D skill set (concepting, storyboarding, and final rendering)
• Deep understanding of the 3D rendering pipeline, including polygon optimization through ray tracing
• Experience with modern 3D and animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, After Effects, Lottie, Unity)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience rendering and lighting consumer electronics or wearable tech
• Background working on a software product team
• Experience working with 3D CAD data
