Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the enterprise AP modernization leveraging the Ricoh platform, with complex integrations across SAP, APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake). Focused on invoice intake, validation, workflow automation, supplier visibility, and tight scope/budget control.
The project involves enhancing and integrating enterprise AP and finance platforms to improve invoice intake, validation, workflow automation, and supplier visibility. The work spans multiple systems and integration layers and requires tight coordination across internal IT teams and third party vendors.
Key Characteristics of the Project
• Integration heavy scope involving:
o SAP (core financial processing)
o API based integrations
o Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
o Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Focus on end to end process orchestration, not just system implementation
• Multiple internal technical teams (SAP, integration, data, security, infrastructure)
• External vendors and system integrators delivering components of the solution
• Financial oversight with active budget tracking and vendor spend management
• Strong emphasis on scope control, dependency management, and early risk detection
$55/hr to $68/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives with complex integration scope
Demonstrated delivery across SAP centric ecosystems, including:
• SAP ECC / S4
• API based integrations
• Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
