Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Designer to lead the design and coordination of complex fire alarm systems. This role is responsible for producing accurate, code‑compliant fire alarm design documents using AutoCAD and other design software while supporting project execution from concept through completion. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field required; NICET Level IV certification in Fire Alarm Systems is highly preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing fire alarm and suppression systems.
Extensive experience with AutoCAD and any other relevant design software.
Demonstrated knowledge of fire protection systems and applicable codes (NFPA, IBC, etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a remote setting, managing time effectively and meeting project deadlines.
