Job Description
This role serves as a technical leader and solution architect, focused on building secure, scalable AI-powered systems that go far beyond proof-of-concept work. The individual will:
• Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Claude Code
• Enable large-scale ranking and targeting of millions of businesses through internal database
• Help define AI-safe development standards across the enterprise
• Partner closely with engineering and product stakeholders to challenge assumptions and shape technical direction
Establish best practices around AI-assisted development, governance, and secure production deployment

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong data engineering foundation with hands-on experience building and supporting production-grade systems
• Solution architecture mindset — ability to translate loosely defined or ambiguous problem statements into scalable technical designs
• Deep experience with data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations, including awareness of downstream impacts
• Google BigQuery — hands-on experience building, optimizing, and querying within BigQuery environments
• End-to-end SDLC experience across requirements, development, pre-prod, production, deployment, monitoring, and support
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code) with the ability to guide, critique, and improve AI-generated outputs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Cloud platforms and modern architectures (enterprise-scale environments)
- Experience with governance, security, and compliance in regulated or large enterprise settings
- Background designing internal platforms or frameworks that other engineers and teams build on
