Employee Experience Lead

Insight Global is seeking an Employee Experience Lead for one of our largest financial clients in Chandler, AZ. The role plays a critical and expanding role in enabling the success of our Infrastructure Automation Engineering portfolio (13 automation products and growing) that underpin scalable, reliable, and standardized infrastructure delivery across the enterprise. In addition to supporting product and engineering delivery, this role provides direct analytical and delivery enablement for the Business Support Management / COO organization and hands-on, on‑site support as the delivery team continues to grow in the Chandler, AZ office. The role ensures new team members are quickly onboarded, productive, and supported within the infrastructure automation ecosystem.

Demonstrated experience supporting operational, business, or COO-aligned initiatives in a technical delivery context.
Proven experience working across multiple teams and initiatives with competing priorities.

Any knowledge of infrastructure platforms (ansible, terraform)
