Job Description

Insight Global seeking a Microsoft Teams Administrator with strong functional change management (OCM) experience to support our enterprise-wide rollout of Microsoft Teams. This role blends hands-on technical configuration with user adoption strategy, governance, and training. You will be a key partner in standing up Teams across the organization—ensuring the platform is configured correctly and can help train users in the environment, while providing thought leadership on ways the organization can better utilize the tool for collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a technical background in Microsoft Teams administration, understands how Teams integrates with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and has a proven track record driving organizational change, training, and user engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with setting up Teams and understanding SharePoint, Planner, Lists, OneDrive, and Outlook/Calendar integrations.
Demonstrated experience in organizational change management
Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, both live and self-paced.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Microsoft certifications such as MS-700 (Teams Administrator Associate) or MS-900.
Experience standing up Teams in a large or complex environment.
