Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support a healthcare payer organization, focused on provider enrollment, portfolio setup, and configuration-driven platforms. This role will lead a single value stream, owning the roadmap, features, and delivery of functionality that enables enrollment workflows, portfolio/customer setup, and downstream system integrations. The individual will translate business and operational requirements into epics, features, and user stories, partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the product roadmap for a payer-focused value stream centered on enrollment, portfolio setup, and configuration-based platforms
• Define and maintain epics, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment from roadmap through execution
• Partner daily with engineering teams to clarify requirements, support design decisions, and remove blockers
• Lead and support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Manage all work within Jira, ensuring stories meet Definition of Ready / Definition of Done standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to prioritize work that delivers measurable business value
• Document requirements, decisions, dependencies, and delivery progress clearly within Jira and supporting tools
• Ensure solutions align with an established Agile SDLC and enterprise standards

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager supporting software delivery teams within a healthcare payer environment
o Strong preference for provider enrollment
• Proven experience building and managing:
o Roadmaps
o Epics and features
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Technical fluency with salesforce, java, and SQL
• Comfort working cross-functionally between engineering, business, and operational stakeholders
• Ability to support highly technical conversations without acting as the solution architect
