Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Project Manager for one of its largest life sciences clients. The Project Manager will lead the HR Data & Insights workstream within a large, multi‑year HR Transformation program, owning end‑to‑end business‑side program management from mobilization through steady‑state transition. This role is responsible for building and managing an integrated roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and spend across multiple interdependent sub‑workstreams focused on data foundation, governance, reporting and insights, content enablement, and adoption. Partnering closely with a dedicated Technical Project Manager who owns engineering delivery and release schedules, this PM translates technical progress into clear business outcomes, executive‑ready materials, and actionable decisions. The role works across HR, Technology, Finance, Privacy, Security, and external vendors to ensure alignment, timely decision‑making, and predictable delivery, while driving governance cadence, value realization tracking, and adoption readiness over a multi-year horizon. This is a remote role based in Latin America.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of project or program management experience within large‑scale data, analytics, or technology transformation initiatives
Proven experience operating as a business‑side PM alongside technical delivery leads (engineering, data, infrastructure)
Strong background in program governance, executive reporting, dependency management, and financial tracking
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, and senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Hands‑on experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking delivery and reporting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with data platforms, analytics program, or AI/data‑readiness initiatives
Exposure to HR, people data, or enterprise reporting environments
Experience working with global system integrators
