Overview:
This role will focus on managing and optimizing document control processes within SharePoint, ensuring efficient document storage, access, and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain document control systems within Microsoft SharePoint and EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
- Organize, structure, and manage document libraries and workflows
- Ensure proper version control, metadata, and document governance
- Support internal teams with SharePoint usage and best practices
- Improve document management processes and system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of document control experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint & EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
- Experience designing or managing document management systems
