Senior Business Analyst, Fleet

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Fleet to join a global agricultural inputs company on a 12 month contract. This role will sit in Calgary, Alberta with occasional office visits during key meetings and leadership visits. There may be the occasional travel to Loveland, CO. The resource will be joining the team during the kickoff and support a fleet EAM system implementation and integration. The goal is to fully integrate all systems together to reduce manual entry and create one single source of truth. The role requires strong BA skillsets from requirement gathering, process mapping and stakeholder facilitation. The role would work heavily with corporate stakeholders and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end Fleet EAM requirements and process design (current/future state), translating operational needs into traceable functional requirements, user stories, and data standards across maintenance, finance, supply chain, and compliance.
- Support design, build, test, integration, UAT, and go‑live for Fleet EAM by partnering with IT/vendors to validate solutions, manage integrations, and ensure readiness, cutover, and legacy transition.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams, driving decision clarity, surfacing risks/dependencies, and supporting change, training inputs, and adoption across fleet and maintenance users.
- Produce and govern high‑quality, traceable documentation (requirements, process flows, decision logs, test alignment) and help define KPIs and reporting that validate business outcomes and deployment success.

- 10+ years of experience as a BA working on enterprise system implementations and integrations
- Strong experience in integrated enterprise landscapes (ERP + external vendors + reporting)
- Hands on experience supporting mobile assets - vehicles, trailers, rail, or fleet
- High proficiency in Excel

- Experience with asset account, leasing/rental agreements, cost tracking, chargebacks, internal billing
- SAP experience
- SAP EAM, Maximo, Infor
- Data migration/cutover readiness experience
