Job Description
An employer is looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH. The Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for supporting high volume and specialized manufacturing hiring needs by managing the full cycle recruiting process. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire skilled production, engineering, maintenance, and operations talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full life cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles, from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and skill requirements
• Source and screen candidates across skilled trades, hourly production, and salaried manufacturing roles
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and support offer negotiations
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress to ensure timeline and quality targets are met
• Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience aligned with plant culture and business goals
