Project Manager

- Owns execution once work is defined by the PIC
-Runs 4‑week access sprints (planning, tracking, and transitioning to the next sprint)
-Schedules meetings, coordinates stakeholders, and manages documentation
-Supports the shift to a PMO model by keeping work organized and moving forward
-Tracks deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure accountability across teams
• Provides consistent communication and visibility into sprint status and outcomes
