Job Description
-Leads discovery for access sprints by pulling and analyzing data from Power BI
-Uses standardized templates to assess utilization, bottlenecks, and access issues
- Meets with departments to share findings and validate problems
-Helps define what work needs to be done next and hands it off to the PM
-Partners closely with operational leaders to prioritize initiatives based on data and impact
-Ensures discovery outputs are clearly documented, actionable, and ready for execution

Required Skills & Experience
1. 3-5 years experience with patient access/epic cadence best practices
2. Experience with analyzing data and drawing actionable insights from dashboards
3. Experience with collaborating with executive stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
1. epic rev cycle cert preferred (cadence, grand central, prelude, tapestry, etc.)
