Job Description
The Office Administrator provides day-to-day administrative and front-desk support for the local office operations. They serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and incoming calls. This role is responsible for managing office operations including ordering supplies, handling general office coordination, and acting as a liaison between the local office and corporate teams. The Office Administrator also supports basic fleet coordination as needed and maintains accurate office documentation, including employment and compliance-related paperwork such as I-9s. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of supporting a fast-paced AEC office environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year experience in Office Administrator role
- Past Experience with answering phone calls, paperwork, ordering supplies, etc.
- Timely with responding to tasks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within an AEC or Consulting Firm
- Familiar with paperwork and documentation (ex. I9's)
