Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Regional IT Leader - Europe to join their team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating the corporate direction of IT strategy at Watts Water across the Europe region, building roadmaps, and executing IT corporate strategy and standards locally. The IT units and domains will range across infrastructure, business applications, data, and ERPs (specifically SAP). This person will oversee a 36-person team across the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Denmark. Salary for this position is between $180,000 and $240,000.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience within IT leadership, with the most recent experience being in a L1 or L2 role overseeing an IT organization wholistically
○ Recent CIO experience highly preferred, but a regional director/VP title can suffice
- Candidate must be based in Europe
○ Experience leading multi-country European operations
- Strong ERP background, specifically with SAP
○ Needs experience overseeing an SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience having ownership within every scope of an IT organization

- Experience with direct involvement in M&A/integrations
Fluent in English
