Job Description

The responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. This includes developing and managing program plans with timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities; coordinating efforts across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives; monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary; and communicating status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Responsibilities also extend to managing budgets and financials, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ Experience delivering data-driven or AI/ML-enabled product initiatives (e.g., automation, personalization, or decision-making systems)
- Experience in Agile development practices (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Risk, Compliance, Identity, or Payment’s platform experience

Experience with Vibe Coding
