Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support continuous improvement at our largest manufacturing facility. This role partners with high‑performance, self‑directed teams to solve technical problems, improve process stability, and drive safety, quality, and productivity results. The Process Engineer is a key member of the Value Stream Business Team, contributing to strategic planning, business analysis, and operation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Champion and manage plant‑wide safety and zero‑incident culture
Serve as process expert and continuous improvement leader
Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve quality, yield, cost, and cycle time
Analyze process performance using statistical methods (Minitab)
Develop and maintain Control Plans, FMEAs, JSAs, and Standard Work
Support and develop high‑performance teams through coaching and training
Ensure compliance with JW Aluminum engineering standards
Support TPM activities, including PM data collection, maintenance planning, outages, and reliability improvements
Participate in value‑stream planning, goal deployment, and IBP‑related activities

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering
3–5+ years of manufacturing experience
Strong data analysis, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement tools
Proficiency in Minitab, MS Office, and MS Project
Effective communicator with strong coaching and teamwork capabilities
Demonstrated commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and teammate engagement
