Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Client Service Associate to join a high-touch Wealth Management team in Killingworth, CT, as a Client Service Associate, where you will grow your career supporting in-depth client relationship management.
As a Client Services Associate, you will support three Wealth Advisors by servicing, strengthening, and maintaining their client relationships. In this role, you will apply your expertise in client service and wealth management to deliver personalized financial planning, manage documentation, and resolve complex client service issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment, consistently acting with a client-first mindset to ensure a smooth, positive, and professional experience for every client
- Partner with existing and prospective clients to build and update financial plans.
- Complete new Investment Management agreements and client onboarding workflows.
- Assist with compliance tasks and maintain personal compliance with SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory authorities’ rules
- Utilize technical expertise to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with growing and managing the business

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
- Series 65 certification or the ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of financial planning concepts to assist in developing effective financial plans
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Microsoft Excel power user
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products, including SMAs, 529s, and alternative investments
- Experience with and knowledge of standard operational aspects of wealth management client service with custodians such as Charles Schwab
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment onsite in our Connecticut office
