Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to support one of our clients and their growing ERP delivery portfolio on a 12 month contract with high likelihood of conversion to permanent. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for owning ERP projects end‑to‑end, acting as the primary client-facing lead, and coordinating closely with senior ERP Implementation and Solution experts to ensure successful delivery. The ERP Project Manager will step into active projects and will be relied upon to bring structure, accountability, and strong communication to all aspects of project execution. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a preference for Business Central, is required. The ideal candidate will be required to be on site 2 days per week in the Calgary office.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of proven ERP Project Management experience, managing ERP projects end‑to‑end
• Microsoft ERP experience, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central strongly preferred)
• Experience managing ERP implementations in client‑facing consulting environments
• PMP certification strongly preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated ability to confidently lead client meetings, status updates, and stakeholder discussions
• Strong follow‑up discipline with clear tracking of tasks, risks, and issues
• Experience working closely with senior ERP Implementation Leads and Solution Architects
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of ERP project delivery
• Experience managing multiple ERP projects concurrently
• Background working with mid‑market or growing enterprise clients
• Familiarity with Zoho or similar project/task management tools
• Experience stepping into inherited or in‑flight ERP projects
