Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for check processor to support their accounts payable department. This processor will be onsite 5 days a week. This processor be responsible for handling incoming checks and ensuring that any attachments are sent back out with those checks either via mail, FedEx, or interoffice. This person would also be responsible for researching refund checks from vendors to determine where they should be coded to and sent for deposit. This position will start out as a contract role with potential to convert full time.

Required Skills & Experience

ERP experience
General AP experience and/or accounting
Experience filing checks, researching checks, working with GL strings
