Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Performance Data Analyst is to own assigned states and sources end‑to‑end by ensuring accurate, complete, and timely data delivery through SLA management, rigorous data quality validation, issue research and analysis, automation execution, and clear communication of risks and findings.
Experience reviewing and analyzing Power BI dashboards and analytical tools to monitor performance, SLAs, and data health for assigned states and sources.
Advanced data analysis and verification skills, including validating large, recurring datasets for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Strong SLA ownership and operational execution, with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
Proven problem‑solving and research skills to investigate, analyze, and communicate data issues, risks, and root causes to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Automation and continuous improvement skills, including developing or supporting automation to streamline processes and improve quality and efficiency.
Excellent documentation and organizational discipline, producing audit‑ready artifacts, clear current status notes, and research materials supporting the review completed.
Strong communication and collaboration, amongst Management/peers, with the ability to explain complex data, work cross‑functionally, and work cross functionally with individuals or groups across teams.
Compensation:
$18/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
