Role
The Senior Digital Wayfinding Designer leads the design and delivery of intuitive, user‑centered wayfinding systems across digital and physical environments. This role blends spatial thinking, digital experience design, and brand integration to create seamless navigation experiences connecting people, place, and technology.

Responsibilities
1. Wayfinding Strategy & Experience Design

Lead end‑to‑end wayfinding strategy across digital and physical touchpoints
Translate user needs, spatial environments, and behavioral insights into documented navigation systems
Map user journeys and identify decision points and friction areas
Define information hierarchies, naming conventions, and navigation logic

2. Digital Wayfinding & Interface Design

Design digital wayfinding experiences for kiosks, apps, interactive screens, and web platforms
Ensure alignment between physical signage and digital navigation
Produce content samples, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation

3. Spatial & Environmental Integration

Partner with environmental designers, architects, and strategists
Ensure consistency across signage, spatial cues, and digital interfaces
Lead placement strategies for digital touchpoints within physical environments

4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Present strategies and design solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders
Translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
Build trusted client relationships through thoughtful, user‑focused solutions

5. Design Leadership & Mentorship

Guide and mentor content teams and client stakeholders
Set design standards and ensure quality across deliverables
Contribute to the evolution of digital wayfinding capabilities and product functionality

Proven experience in wayfinding, UX/UI, digital design, or environmental design
Strong user‑centered design and spatial thinking skills
Experience designing for digital platforms (apps, kiosks, interactive systems)
Ability to simplify complex environments into intuitive systems
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
Strong communication and presentation skills

5+ years of wayfinding experience (agency or architectural firm preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or Environmental Design
Experience with digital wayfinding systems
Experience with universities, healthcare campuses, entertainment districts, or transport hubs
