Job Description
A Sound Designer/Artist is responsible for designing, creating, and integrating original audio elements — including sound effects, ambient soundscapes, and sonic textures — into interactive and media-driven projects. This role requires a strong creative sensibility combined with technical expertise in audio production and post-production workflows, where high-quality, immersive audio experiences are the primary deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
● Sound Selection: Source and apply audio assets exclusively from properly licensed, royalty-free sound libraries to meet project needs.
● Audio Implementation: Place and sync sound elements within project timelines to support the overall creative vision.
● Soundscape Design: Contribute to the audio atmosphere and overall sonic feel of each project.
● Mixing & Delivery: Mix and deliver final audio to the required quality and format standards.

Required Skills & Experience
● Proficiency and access to an enterprise account for one or more Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Steinberg Nuendo, Adobe Audition, Reaper, Vegas Pro, or Ableton Live.
● Strong working knowledge of audio middleware and interactive audio tools.
● Deep understanding of sound design principles, psychoacoustics, and spatial audio techniques.
● Experience with field recording, Foley artistry, and audio post-production workflows.
● Familiarity with audio file formats, codec standards, and platform delivery specifications.
● Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional creative teams.
● Access to an enterprise-level sound library subscription will be provided; candidates are not required to supply their own. All audio assets used must remain properly licensed and free of any intellectual property, copyright, or third-party ownership restrictions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
● 5+ years of professional experience in sound design, audio post-production, or a related field.
● Industry Experience: Prior work across a range of formats including commercials, games, episodic content, and sound features.
