Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Data & Records Management Analyst. This role serves as the primary owner of the Transmission Transmittal Review (TPR) process for Operations Engineering and Transmission Asset Management projects. The position is responsible for reviewing, validating, and finalizing transmission design deliverables to ensure they are accurate, legible, compliant, correctly versioned, metadata‑complete, and suitable for permanent records or field use. The role focuses on data integrity, document quality, version control, and system usability, not engineering design. The individual acts as a critical quality gate between designers, vendors, project teams, and final records, ensuring that all transmittals meet company records, governance, and lifecycle standards before issue.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience
Advanced ProjectWise experience
Demonstrated experience reviewing and controlling engineering drawings packages
Understanding of document control processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in Utility, Transmission, EPC, Design/Build or Heavy Infrastructure environments
Familiarity with CAD‑North and transmission‑specific filing rules
Prior experience supporting regulatory, audit, or records‑retention requirements
