Job Description

This role triages, processes, and enters external referrals and faxes into Epic, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with OHSU standards while routing referrals to the appropriate ambulatory clinics for scheduling. As part of Ambulatory Access Services, the position supports end‑to‑end referral, intake, and scheduling workflows, proactively identifying barriers, communicating with referring providers, and keeping patient access and experience at the center of the process.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree and 2 years work experience working in ambulatory health care clinic OR Associate's degree and 4 years work experience working in ambulatory health care clinic OR HS Diploma and 6 years work experience working in ambulatory health care clinic
