Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to support a global law firm on business facing initiatives.
The roles sit within an IT governed project portfolio, with a focus on operational and business change rather than pure technology delivery.
These Project Managers will help drive firmwide initiatives that impact legal, operational, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end project management for business facing initiatives
Manage multiple projects within a broader portfolio structure
Partner with legal, operational, and business stakeholders to define scope and outcomes
Coordinate with IT teams, including Enterprise Architecture, where required
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
Provide clear status reporting and governance updates
Support change management and adoption across the firm
Targeting $60-115 an hour

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
Five to ten years of project management experience, flexibility on tenure
Strong understanding of law firm value chains and working practices, required
Experience delivering technology enabled or process change initiatives preferred
Experience working within a project portfolio or PMO environment preferred
Management consulting background preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a complex, professional services environment
