Job Description

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology Acquire to Retire (ATR) group. We are looking for a project specific SuccessFactors Consultant to support the development, modification, and support of formatted statement and print form applications. The desired candidate must have excellent communication skills, be incredibly detail-oriented, and able to work in both a team environment and independently. This is a great project for someone to flex their subject matter expertise, drive success, and deliver Successfactors specific solutions as your schedule allows.

Project is 120 hours. Full remote, consultant can work their own hours but will need a weekly touch base on progress due to short duration. This can be a side job.

Responsibilities:
- Work fully remotely, with weekly or milestone-based touch points with the business process owner and IT Acquire to Retire team members. Standard business hour work is not required, this can be a ‘nights and weekends’ engagement with check-ins happening during business hours (Central Time Zone).
- Support activities to develop, test, and deliver print form documents in the Success factors platform, the formatted performance review form as an example.
- Partner with business process owners on data and layout specifications to deliver forms and templates in the flow of work.
- Work with ATR IT team to bring development through the CHS defined methodology to ensure QA and UAT requirements are met, including test plan builds, test case reviews, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing of completed projects.
- Communicate milestones and timelines to the CHS business process owner and ATR IT resources.
- Develop quality, governance, and supportability automations to ensure future process or template changes flow through to print forms seamlessly.
- Develop appropriate documentation as needed based on CHS IT Methodology.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree (additional years of experience may offset degree requirement)
- 5 or more years of implementation, consulting or development experience to include: (1) Business process definition, requirements definition, and development and support of integrated business applications; (2) Implementation, administration, and support of Successfactors compensation statement, print forms or BIRT development
