Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced industrial environment. This individual will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and responding to emergency repair needs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate has strong electro-mechanical aptitude, is comfortable working with electrical systems and tools, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role offers hands-on technical work, close collaboration with maintenance leadership, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations.



Day-to-Day

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Respond to and complete non-scheduled or emergency repairs
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and upkeep
- Coordinate additional maintenance needs with the Maintenance Lead
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Organize and maintain maintenance supplies and consumables
- Support quality, environmental, and safety requirements on the floor

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous maintenance technician experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Electro-mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of electrical systems and electrical equipment
- Safe use of hand tools, portable power tools, and maintenance shop equipment
- Ability to perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks as directed
- Physically able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a moderately loud manufacturing/industrial environment
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Familiarity with quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Ability to read and write in English or Spanish (major plus)
