Job Description
This Senior Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in designing and owning complex PCB‑based hardware from concept through production. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience building and supporting PCB assemblies end‑to‑end, including schematic design, layout oversight, manufacturing support, and debugging real‑world hardware issues.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on electrical engineering experience owning PCB designs end‑to‑end, from concept through assembly and bring‑up
• Strong experience with schematic capture, multi‑layer PCB design, and component selection
• Hands‑on PCB manufacturing and assembly experience, including DFM/DFA, BOMs, fab/assembly drawing reviews, first‑article builds, and assembly issue resolution
• Experience debugging board‑level issues (power integrity, signal integrity, assembly defects, rework, and field issues)
• Exposure to FPGA‑based designs (integration or support level)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in aerospace, aviation, or other regulated hardware environments
