Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• ~6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations or IT security administration
• Strong experience in access governance and compliance
○ Hands-on experience running access review campaigns (UAR / PAR)
○ Experience managing user entitlements, preferably in SAP GRC Access Control
• Experience with privileged access management concepts and tools
○ Familiarity with SAP Firefighter and privileged account governance across ADDS, cloud platforms, and ERP systems
• Experience working with auditors or compliance teams
○ Evidence collection and remediation of audit findings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and operational execution mindset

Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Team Lead – Identity GRC to serve as the hands-on operational engineer responsible for identity governance and compliance execution within their region. This individual will oversee daily execution of access governance controls, ensuring reviews are completed on time, within policy, and with audit-ready documentation. This role partners closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to mitigate access risks and drive continuous improvement.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Access Review Management:
○ Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic User Access Reviews (UAR) and Privileged Access Reviews (PAR) for critical systems
○ Notify reviewers, provide access data, track completion, and escalate non-compliance
• Segregation of Duties (SoD):
○ Identify, track, and manage remediation of SoD conflicts
○ Partner with application owners and Identity GRC Architects to resolve or mitigate risks
• Emergency Access Oversight:
○ Administer and monitor emergency (“firefighter”) access accounts
○ Ensure approvals are in place and review activity logs for elevated access usage
• Privileged Account Governance:
○ Govern privileged accounts across Active Directory, cloud platforms, and ERP systems
○ Conduct regular reviews to ensure appropriate access and compliant usage
• Audit Support & Evidence Collection:
○ Compile and maintain audit evidence for all Identity GRC controls
○ Respond to audit requests and support remediation of identified findings
• Automation & Process Improvement:
○ Identify opportunities to automate manual access review and certification processes
○ Implement approved automation (e.g., scripting) to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Risk Escalation & Reporting:
○ Escalate high-risk issues or control gaps to the Identity GRC Architect and Senior Director
○ Provide clear reporting and recommendations for mitigation
