Job Description
The Assistant Director of Workday Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of reporting and analytics across Workday’s financial ecosystem. This role ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and continuous improvement of financial data solutions supporting functions such as Research, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Finance.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Workday reporting experience, including composite and adaptive reporting.
Workday Prism experience, with understanding of data sets and backend structures.
Strong accounting or financial analysis background.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments.
Deep understanding of Workday security models and access controls.
Familiarity with financial operations, research reporting, and labor analytics.
