Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a large telecommunications client within the healthcare domain. This role focuses on delivering high-quality business analysis and detailed requirements for proprietary applications supporting the Absence and Disability line of business. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams across the full software lifecycle to translate complex business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a technically driven environment
- Strong experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business and functional requirements
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile delivery
- Experience creating artifacts such as process models, wireframes, functional specifications, and test cases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience analyzing data using SQL and working with relational databases
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or absence and disability systems
- Experience supporting UAT, system testing, and production deployments
