Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a very hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with embedded security and automated testing. This role is for someone who actively works in the pipeline every day — not someone managing from a distance. The ideal candidate has deep experience interacting directly with GitLab CI/CD, writing automation, building linters, kicking off and troubleshooting automated jobs, and integrating security tools throughout the SDLC.
This role partners closely with developers to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery while continuously improving pipeline automation and security posture.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
